		<description>I found this recipe pretty good. The hens came out very tender- so there was no problem there. I could not taste the onions and apples (I had hoped the meat would pick the flavor up) but everyone else who ate the hens said they could taste it- maybe my taste buds are going? Then again, I always over-season my food. The only change I would make would be to use a small onion and perhaps only one large apple as I ended up with a lot of left over stuffing after furiously filling every nook and cranny (my birds were 22oz each). Other than that, very tender and moist!</description>
