Mango Salsa
Ingredients: 1 mango, peeled and diced 1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and diced 1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno 1/3 cup diced red onion 1 tablespoon lime juice 1/4 cup roughly chopped cilantro leaves Salt and pepper Directions: Combine your mango, cucumber, jalapeno, red onion, lime juice and cilantro leaves in a medium bowl with lid. Avocado Salsa
Ingredients: 2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded, peeled and diced 1 large ripe tomato, diced 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro 1 large lime, halved and juiced 1/2 tsp. ground cumin 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper 1/4 tsp. salt Directions: In medium bowl mash your avocado. Pineapple Salsa

Pineapple Salsa
Ingredients: 1 fresh pineapple diced or 2 cans pineapple chunks 1 small green jalapeno 1 red bell pepper cored seeded ½ red onion 1 lime,halved and squeezed 1 sprig fresh cilantro, minced ¼ tsp red pepper flakes Directions: Mince red pepper, red onion and jalapeño. Sweat together over medium heat in a sauté pan with lime juice until red peppers become sweet and slightly softened. Remove from heat and stir in your pineapple chunks and cilantro. Refrigerate...
