Whiskey Sour
1.5 oz. whiskey (Irish or bourbon)
1 oz. lemon juice
1 tsp. powdered sugar
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. This can also be served over ice

Old Fashioned

1.5 oz. whiskey (any kind)
.25 oz. powdered sugar
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 tbsp. club soda
Cherry
Slice of orange
Place the cherry (without stem), orange slice, sugar and club soda in a tumbler and blend them with a spoon. Add the whiskey and bitters and stir. Serve over ice.

Ingredients:
1 1/2oz Irish whiskey
Hot coffee
Whip cream
Directions:
Rim Irish coffee glass with sugar. Pour in whiskey then coffee leaving room for whip cream. Cover surface to rim with green sugar sprinkles.

Hot coffee
1 ½ tbsps coffee ice cream
Directions:
Pour amaretto into Irish coffee glass. Fill with hot coffee. Top with coffee ice cream.

½ oz hazelnut liqueur
¼ oz vodka
Hot coffee
