Mango Salsa
Ingredients:
1 mango, peeled and diced
1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and diced
1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno
1/3 cup diced red onion
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 cup roughly chopped cilantro leaves
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Combine your mango, cucumber, jalapeno, red onion, lime juice and cilantro leaves in a medium bowl with lid.
Allow to chill overnight before serving.
*replace cilantro with fresh mint leaves for a unique twist

Whiskey Sour
1.5 oz. whiskey (Irish or bourbon)
1 oz. lemon juice
1 tsp. powdered sugar
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. This can also be served over ice

Avocado Salsa
Ingredients:
2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded, peeled and diced
1 large ripe tomato, diced
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 large lime, halved and juiced
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
In medium bowl mash your avocado.
Stir in all your other ingredients mixing well.
Chill before serving.

Old Fashioned

1.5 oz. whiskey (any kind)
.25 oz. powdered sugar
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 tbsp. club soda
Cherry
Slice of orange
Place the cherry (without stem), orange slice, sugar and club soda in a tumbler and blend them with a spoon. Add the whiskey and bitters and stir. Serve over ice.

Pineapple Salsa
Ingredients:
1 fresh pineapple diced or 2 cans pineapple chunks
1 small green jalapeno
1 red bell pepper cored seeded
½ red onion
1 lime,halved and squeezed
1 sprig fresh cilantro, minced
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
Directions:
Mince red pepper, red onion and jalapeño.
Sweat together over medium heat in a sauté pan with lime juice until red peppers become sweet and slightly softened.
Remove from heat and stir in your pineapple chunks and cilantro.
